my process

I have a strong need to understand the full picture, the details, the business, the stakeholders, and the users. That empathy drives how I design and how I think with the tools at my hands.

I work alongside a small set of AI agents I've trained for synthesizing research, exploring ideas, rough prototyping, writing copy and excellent coding prompts, and critiquing my own designs. They handle the mechanical parts of the work so I can spend more time on the human ones: the judgment calls, the trade-offs, and what the experience actually feels like.

01

define

understand the current state, flows, and data. define what needs solving.

02

align

work with stakeholders on priorities, constraints, and scope.

03

explore

build rough prototypes of multiple directions to test how each option actually feels.

fine-tune in Figma with components, the part where craft & taste matters most.

05

prompt & build

turn the design into clear prompts and use Cursor with Figma MCP to build a working prototype I can test.

handover to devs with the Figma file, annotations, and the working prototype as reference.
