Together with my fellow designer, we redesigned the native app and built the new design system. Our goal was to eliminate all inconsistencies across platforms and to build a coherent and efficient interface, to be scalable across multiple partner brands and in different languages.

Led visual direction across animations, illustrations, and emotional design, shaping a more engaging product experience. Managed the design team, supported hiring and feedback, and built a scalable visual library and design system.

I lead the redesign for the "Popular dishes" feature, aiming to improve the NCR Revenue and % of our NCR monthly bookings. Impact: +32% CTR uplift from Popular Dishes feature Contributed to growth in non-commission revenue by increasing demand for featured placements
